Dream Loquinario - Human Resource Manager
HR Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO Dreamy Rose Loquinario joined TeleworkPH in 2018 building the Human resources department from the ground up. She leads all core HR functions and reports directly to the CEO, providing administrative and development support as well as managing external relations. She received her degree from Far Eastern University and graduated Cum Laude, worked in the BPO industry for 5+ years and has been a WAHM CS Manager for 8 years working with US and UK clients. She has an eye for talent (potential) recruiting for various TWPH accounts.
Dream is also a wife, a mother of 2 and a Breastfeeding Advocate. She enjoys meeting new people, learning not only their names but their story. Despite the unique name, she makes sure, she turns her own dreams to actions.

Lui Aviso - Administrative Officer
Lui Aviso, our small but terrible Admin Officer, takes care of everything from office supplies and organizing our maintenance crew to planning seminars and events for TeleworkPH. Working home based for 6 years, she developed strong multitasking skills and possesses an excellent work ethic. She greets people with her warm smile and has an amiable personality that makes her highly approachable.
Lui is a super mom to her daughter, Faye and loves animals, music and food. A day at the beach is her ideal way to unwind and relax.

Jeff Thompson - Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager Jeff Thompson has been working in management for most of his adult life, mainly in country clubs, hotels and restaurants. After walking away from the stress of his former life and moving to the Philippines, he started as an agent with TeleworkPH and quickly rose to Team Leader by displaying his leadership qualities, attention to detail, integrity and accountability. He was awarded the very first Team Leader of the Quarter award that TeleworkPH ever gave out. Afterwhich, he accepted the position as Business Development manager and is passionate about the future and growth of TeleworkPH.
Jeff is also a sculptor, a chef, an archaeology/history junkie, a published author of mystery/suspense, a Reiki Master, a devotee of Krishna, and a motivational blogger. He has spent the last twenty years reading and studying works by Joe Vitale, Dale Carnegie, Bob Proctor and Dr. Wayne Dyer et.al. His hobbies include bicycling, reading, cooking and spending time with his two children, Siddhartha and Lily Ann.

“Coach” Paul Joseph H. Joson heads up the Training and Quality Development department for TeleworkPH. He is a passionate and driven teacher and a determined and persuasive varsity coach. He is a resolute and decisive mentor who lives by the motto : "Practice makes permanent".
Paul is also an artist and majored in fine arts while attending college."You see things and think of what they are; I see things and figure out what they can be."

RC Constantino - Operations Manager
Operations Manager for non-voice accounts RC Constantino began his career as a call center agent in 2009 to support his growing family. He began right away to develop major problem-solving skills and learned how to work independently despite the stress. He always strives to give 100% which he feels has prepared him for future challenges and leadership roles.
RC keeps his priorities straight in order to be an effective provider, a husband and father. God must be first, family second, and work third. This is why he left working in the city and found a position with TeleworkPH so he could be with his wife and children full time. After 10+ years in the Customer Service industry, he gets as excited today as he did back then when he was a newbie. “Here in TeleworkPH, I AM HOME”

Nelvyn Cruz - IT Manager
Junior Network Administrator, Nelvyn Cruz is the backbone of TeleworkPH. His duties include: Keeping the computer network up-to-date and operating, implementing security measures and basic testing, configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and issues and managing servers and their operating system.
Nelvyn is very confident in his work and loves to build and fix computers. He currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communications Technology Degree from Bulacan State University.
Marie Criz Tingal - Human Resource Specialist
HR specialist Marie Criz A. Tingal has a passion for numbers, nature, and most of all reaching out and helping people. She finished 2 years in ICT and has worked with some of the top BPO companies in the Philippines.
Marie is a certified online game addict who thinks “life is too short to live in a box with a label”. Working in HR is her dream job and she is very thankful to be a part of the TeleworkPH family.

Reuben Tingal - Marketing Associate
Marketing Associate Reuben A. Tingal actually graduated from a two year Hotel Restaurant Services course, but decided his calling was in Digital Marketing. Now he is under the wing of our Chief Marketing Officer, Jun Baranggan and has racked up a year of experience in the digital marketing world.
Reuben also works as a Virtual Assistant on the side doing product research and data entry. He is a God fearing man, who is respectful and a great nature lover.

Receptionist Kevin Christopher Ortega is a graduate of Bulacan State University Bustos where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management.
Kevin enjoys playing all types of sports and considers himself a hopeless melophile, specifically classic love songs from the late 70's to the 90's.
