30-MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL
Schedule a call with us, bring all your questions, and let us know exactly what you're looking for.
PROPOSAL
Expect a proposal of solutions based on our call, along with pricing for your review.
SIGNING OF PROPOSAL
Sign with your electronic signature. Once you are satisfied with the terms, an invoice for the initial one-month deposit will be sent to you.
RECRUITMENT
BEGINS
Once steps 2 and 3 are completed, our expert recruiting team will start matching the right agents tailor-fit to your specific needs.
ONBOARDING
While recruitment is ongoing, your new account manager will schedule a ‘meeting to discuss communication, metrics, KPIs, review any training materials or documents you have, and establish a regular meeting schedule.
PROFILE
SELECTION
A PDF file containing the compiled profiles of potential agents will be sent to you for examination. Their profiles include aptitude test scores and experiences.
INTERVIEWS AND HIRING
We set a start date for product training. All communication channels can then be set up for real-time contact (we prefer Slack).
WE GET TO
WORK
We set a start date for initial product/process training and begin working toward your goals with focus, collaboration, and clear systems in place.
MAKING IT
OFFICIAL
A formal contract will then be sent to you to completely seal the deal!
