THE FOUNDERS

Telework PH Outsourcing Solutions Inc. has proudly been a Filipino-owned and operated company since its inception. It is based in Bulacan, Philippines—a province just north of Metro Manila. Its founder and CEO, Marge Aviso, hails from San Rafael, Bulacan. Along with co-founder and CIO/DPO, Liewilyn Baynosa, their vision is to revolutionize Business Process Outsourcing in the Philippines by creating jobs that allow agents to work closer to their homes.

This mission is aligned with the Department of Information and Communications Technology’s DigitalJobsPH initiative, which aims to empower Filipinos in the countryside through digital skills and employment. As a national technical trainer, Marge helps make that vision a reality—equipping individuals with in-demand digital competencies and connecting them to real opportunities in the global economy.

In 2018, Telework PH established its first physical office with a pioneering team of 32 employees. With the increasing demand from our clients, our small team of 32 rapidly grew to 800 in just two years.

Central to this growth has been our greatest asset: a highly-skilled team, with each member bringing years of experience and expertise in the latest tootls, processes, and technology to streamline and optimize business processes
