Why Lead Generation is a Must for Your BPO Business

Doing lead generation applies to both start-up and established BPO companies. It is such a simple concept and the cost is relatively inexpensive. We created features on our website such as our blog, testimonials or social proof, and auto-fill “contact us” forms. We also use other channels such as a podcast and a YouTube channel to attract clients. Channels like the ones we mentioned are great options for doing lead generation.

2. Optimize your website for mobile search

As of 2017, mobile internet use took over desktop internet use with the former being at 67%. That’s a 16% leap compared to the 51% mobile search use in 2016. We’re also pretty sure that this percentage will continuously increase as more people integrate mobile into their lives. While more people make this shift, it’s very important for your website, which is basically your brand identity on the web, to be optimized for mobile.
