Celebrating The Women of Telework PH

International Women’s Month allows us to highlight the achievements of the hardworking and dedicated women of Telework PH. While one month never seems sufficient, we prioritize acknowledging those who’ve left their mark on our organization.
Against all odds, the founder of Telework PH, a resilient woman, persevered where others might have quit early on. No shocker, most of our leaders are women.
It’s tempting here to use words like “strong” and “empowered” to describe the women of Telework PH. However, these words have an undercurrent. As if they should normally be viewed as weak and the lack of competence and capacity to succeed in business. And in life.
So instead we’ll use words like driven, impactful, and focused. These individuals are blazing the trail for women of the Philippines. Their dedication to their craft and willingness to go the extra mile are a shining example for all of our employees.
The women of Telework PH stand now, uneclipsed, to show their true nature. They are our leaders, our co-workers, our mentors, and our friends. They have been instrumental in helping to build and maintain our company culture.
Meet now the Women of Telework PH.
….and of course we want to give a big shout of gratitude to all of the women agents and Virtual Assistants of Telework PH. The working mothers, the daughters helping their families, the students, and those women who are striving to make a career for themselves. We are so fortunate to have them all in our family.
